The Coalition of Gresham Neighborhood Associations was formed to provide structure and support for the leadership of Gresham's neighborhood associations, enabling more effective cooperation among neighborhood associations in order to achieve desired outcomes. Goals of the Coalition include providing a public forum for the review and evaluation of issues and problems, providing education and information on specific areas such as land use, and providing a unified voice for the neighborhood associations.
The Coalition meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 7:00PM

This year is the 5th year for Compassion Rockwood, an all day FREE health event where doctors, dentist, and more get together in one location to help under-insured members of the greater Rockwood / West Gresham area. No appointment necessary. Simply show up and attend.
This years services include:
- Basic Medical Exams

- Dental Cleaning (ages 3-18 only)
- Basic Chiropractic Exams
- Vison Care
- Social Service Fair

Join us for a morning stroll
In celebration of Great Blue Heron Week, join Jim Labbe with Audubon Society of Portland and Lee Dayfield with Wilkes East Neighborhood Association for morning stroll through Nakada Nature Park in West Gresham.
We'll explore the natural and human history of this unique neighborhood nature park and learn about efforts afoot to expand the park, improve access and environmental interpretation, and enhance its wildlife habitat. We'll also begin documenting bird species inhabiting the park and discuss the value of urban natural areas to avian biodiversity.

Directions: Meet at the north entrance to Nadaka Nature Park located one block north of NE Glisan on NE 172nd and three blocks east on NE Pacific St. You can also get there by going west on NE Pacific St from NE 181st Ave.

$100 rain garden grants available
Planning to landscape this spring? By installing a rain garden into your landscape to manage stormwater from your home, you could be eligible for up to $100 from the City and East Multnomah Soil and Water Conservation District. Ten rain garden grants ($100 maximum per garden) are available to Gresham residents.
