Take a step back into history at the Zimmermann House, a Victorian era farmhouse, built in 1874 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This beautiful farmhouse is a perfect reflection of typical Columbia River dairy farm life in the late 1800s. The Zimmerman Heritage Farm is a unique cultural education and recreational resource that is being created for the benefit of the public on a 5.98-acre historic site in Gresham, Oregon. Proposal to divide property at 2120 NE 162 Ave into 2nd buildable lot

Proposal

The land division proposal to be submitted is located at 2120 NE 162nd Ave. The property is located on the East side of 162nd Ave and North of Halsey St. The legal description of the property is Parcel #1 of Partition Plat No. 1995-151, located within the City of Gresham and Multnomah County, and the Multnomah County tax identification number is R-238920.

The proposal is to divide the property in a fashion that would allow a 2nd buildable lot to be created under the current zoning and planning codes of the City of Gresham.

Greetings Gresham Parks Volunteers!

Gresham Parks & Recreation's winter events newsletter will be out Dec. 1st with plenty of volunteer events, but right now we could use your help at Butler Creek Greenway!

Butler Creek Trail Planting

Volunteers are needed to join City staff on Saturday, Nov 15th from 9:00AM-2:00PM to help renaturalize the Butler Creek Greenway. Help us by planting hundreds of trees, shrubs, and other native plants where there were once only invasive weeds. Aside from planting, this project will include weeding the site, removing regrown English Ivy and mulching the plantings.
