Take a step back into history at the Zimmerman House, a Victorian era farmhouse, built in 1874 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. This beautiful farmhouse is a perfect reflection of typical Columbia River dairy farm life in the late 1800s. The Zimmerman Heritage Farm is a unique cultural education and recreational resource that is being created for the benefit of the public on a 5.98-acre historic site in Gresham, Oregon.

Join us for our 'Summer' Capri Terrace Neighborhood Watch meeting Saturday Jul 23rd at 3PM to discuss the issues we feel are important to our safety.

Special guest speaker
Gresham Citizens in Policing Group will discuss "The what's what in our neighborhood", followed by a brief Q & A.

Who should attend?
This meeting is open to all neighbors in the vicinity of NE Hoyt St to NE Oregon St, and NE 166th to NE 171st. Get Map! Everyone's encouraged to attend.

Burgers & Hot Dogs Please bring a salad or dessert (your choice) to share with your neighbors and friends. Greg & Randi will provide the hamburgers, hot dogs, soda and condiments. Please bring your lawn chair Come enjoy the food, friends, and conversation. We're looking forward to meeting you!

Let's Get Dirty! Volunteer opportunity When: Sun, Jul 31, 2011 9AM-2PM Where: Nadaka Nature Park 175th & NE Pacific St Gresham OR Get Map!

Clean-up info
Be prepared to get a little dirty and to have fun by supporting and volunteering with Friends of Nadaka and Wilkes East Neighborhood Association in their efforts to restore this natural area by removing invasive underbrush and ivy from Nadaka Nature Park, part of the Columbia Slough Watershed.

Rain or Shine! Come dressed for weather and help improve Nadaka Nature Park. Bring working gloves & a water bottle if you have them. Volunteer as long as you can. Coffee, juice, water & refreshments provided by Wilkes East Neighborhood.

This meeting is being held to discuss a proposed project located at 16141 E. Burnside (corner of E. Burnside Street & 162nd). The proposal is to continue the existing outpatient drug treatment program which has been at this site for the past nine years.
