26 yrs of Breathtaking Hubble Images
Join us for a tour of the night sky where you'll whiz through universe from the comfort of your seat! 2 shows starting at 6:00PM, 7:15PM.
The Mt. Hood Community College (MHCC) Planetarium invites you enjoy another year of great public shows using their state-of-the-art digital star projection system.
Each show is presented under a realistic representation of the night sky, featuring the latest galactic, stellar and planetary images. Visitors are encouraged to ask questions during each program. Children are welcome to attend.

Meeting start time varies. Senior Healthy Hikers: Willamette Mission Loop Hike: Thu Apr 07, 2016 9AM-5PM

The Willamette Mission State Park is the National Register of Historic Places. During this 4.6-mile loop hike, we will see the Wheatland Ferry crossing, the nation's largest black cottonwood tree and the "ghost buildings" on the site of the former Willamette Mission, which was destroyed in the great flood of 1861. We will walk through filbert groves, walnut orchards and other beautiful woodlands. Portions of the trail are paved and other parts are bark-covered pathways.
- Round-trip travel: 112 miles
- Difficulty: Easy
- Elevation gain: 20 feet
- Suggested donation per hiker: $11 + park fee share
Wear comfortable walking shoes, dress for the weather and bring an energy snack and water.
The $5 day-use park fee will be shared by the participants. After the hike, we will eat lunch at The Chalet restaurant.

Senior Healthy Hikers asks that participants be 50 or older. A couple wishing to hike is welcome if one member of the couple is 50 or better.
Pets are not permitted on our hikes or walks.
