Let's Go Walking! When: Sat Sep 21, 2013 11AM-12:30PM Where: Meet at Gresham History Museum 410 N Main Av Downtown Gresham Get Map!

Come tour Historic Downtown Gresham, and learn about its historic buildings and homes, historic graves and trees, some historic local figures, and about the shops that used to line Main Ave. Tours weave throughout Historic Downtown Gresham, are fast paced, and will cover around a mile of mostly flat level ground.

Tours leave at 11:00AM sharp, rain or shine, and are free. Donations are always accepted and much appreciated. Parking is available in the lot behind the museum.

Opening Day Activities
Come enjoy the fabulous Gresham Farmers' Market on opening day and grab a special treat for Mother's Day.

Shoppers will find all-natural meats and cheeses, fresh-picked produce, nursery stock and fresh-cut flowers, hand-crafted jewelry, soaps, artwork, and much more. Live music and food are always part of the market.

Located on Northwest Miller Avenue between Second and Third Street 8:30AM to 2PM each Saturday now through Oct. 26.

The City of Gresham will host a bicycle safety booth, where you can order a new bike helmet for just $5 and learn ways to bike safely in and around Gresham.

Come out and be counted!
As part of a nation-wide effort to document the number of people using our multi-use trails, we'll be counting bikers and walkers on the Springwater Corridor, Gresham Fairview Trail and I-205 Trail. Call for volunteer information, exact locations and time schedules.
