Neighborhood association bylaws are important because they define how the association operates, including decision-making processes, board governance, and member rights.
Understanding these bylaws helps ensure accountability, transparency, and effective communication within the community.

As a member of WENA, you have the right to review and approve or comment on the bylaws. We will vote to adopt the bylaws at our November public meeting.
The November public meeting will be held on November 9, 2026 at 7PM at the Moose Lodge, 16411 NE Halsey St, Portland, Oregon.
