Have you ever wondered what style a building is? Come see a visual presentation of historic architectural styles you're likely to find in Oregon. You will see the buildings you work in or walk past every day in a new light. Kristen Minor, a preservation planner at Peter Meijer Architect and a Historic Landmarks Commissioner in Portland, will show architectural styles from the early 1800s into the 1970s. You will increase your architectural vocabulary, learn about identifying styles, and enjoy a discussion about the built environment around us.For more information about the event, contact Ann Pytynia at Ann.Pytynia@GreshamOregon.gov or 503-618-2859.Read about the Citys Historic Resources Subcommittee.
