Directions

From I-84: Take the 181st exit, travel south, turn right on NE Pacific St.
From Glisan (eastbound): Turn left on NE 172nd Av, turn right on NE Pacific St.

Help beautify our park!

Join other volunteers to clear invasive plants & beautify Nadaka Nature Park, a beautiful 10-acre natural area.

Bring you own work gloves & water bottle if you have them.

Project Activities: Volunteers will clear underbrush and lift the canopy in Nadaka Nature Park. It is a beautiful 10-acre natural area, but it is overgrown. Cleanup will make the park safer and more inviting. Activities include: Cleanup, Invasive Plant Removal, Pruning.

Bagels, muffins, coffee, & water will be provided!

The nations largest Earth Day Event

One of the largest Earth Day events in the nation takes place in the greater Portland-Metro area. Thousands of volunteers converge on approximately 100 sites and work together to SOLV IT!

SOLV IT, presented by Portland General Electric, focuses on cleaning illegal dumpstites, beautifying and enhancing neighborhoods and public spaces, cleaning and restoring rivers and much, much more.

IN THE PAST 19 YEARS, SOLV IT volunteers removed more than 13 million pounds or debris from illegal dumpstites and neighborhoods, planted over 25,000 trees and native plants and removed abandoned vehicles from some of the areas most beautiful natural areas.
