A Milestone: Rockwood Public Safety Facility
Join the City in dedicating the Rockwood Public Safety Facility at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21. The new building houses the East Metro Gang Enforcement Team, the Gresham Police Traffic Unit and accomplishes a major goal of the voter-approved Rockwood-West Gresham Renewal Plan. Read more  Top

Spirit of Christmas Tree Lighting, Downtown Fun
Gresham sings in the season during the 22nd annual Spirit of Christmas tree lighting event on Saturday, Nov. 30. A musical program starts at 5 p.m. and the tree is lit promptly at 6 p.m. on the Arts Plaza. Fun activities for children are planned during the day in historic downtown. Read more. City Awarded Funds to Improve Sandy Boulevard
The City has received an award of $3.64 million in grant funds through Metro’s Regional Flexible Fund Allocation to construct improvements along Sandy Boulevard between 181st Avenue and east Gresham city limits. The project spans 1.1 miles of Sandy Boulevard. Read more  Top
