Description
This project, which is on the Council Work Plan, will assess how the 1998 Central Rockwood Plan is performing by examining existing conditions and barriers to desired development.
Comprehensive Plan amendments will be proposed as needed to ensure the vision for Rockwood is implemented.
Topics that may be addressed include:
- Height Requirements
- Floor-Area Ratios
- Density Requirements
- Mixed-Use Developments
